Annual Returns

Home – audit-assurance

  • Every registered entity is legally obligated to submit and pay annual returns to the CIPC each year during the month corresponding to its anniversary of incorporation.

  • There is a one-month grace period following the anniversary month.

  • For instance, if your CC/Company was established in June 2009, June will be your anniversary month. The CC/Company’s annual return must be filed between June 1 and July 30 every year.

  • Failure to submit the return within this two-month timeframe will lead to penalty fees.

  • Furthermore, if you neglect to file an annual return for over three consecutive years, your entity will face deregistration.
